Even though every situation is unique, some broad brush strokes are: You know the company needs to evolve how it operates but you don’t want to lose its entrepreneurial DNA or core values. Why do I know this? Because I’ve been there too. Earlier in my career, I was the co-founder and CEO of the world’s largest affiliate marketing company.
