    A growing businesses often requires strategic alignment across multiple business units or geographical areas. The sponsor can launch survey groups for each unit or region using this feature.

    Surveys are a key part of our Strategic Alignment Tools. Each Strategic Alignment survey is limited to 25 recipients per survey. However, we recommend you keep the number of participants per survey to about 15 people total. In essence, these surveys are used to gather a diverse set of perspectives from your leadership team and then use that information to make faster and better strategic-level decisions. Strategic alignment does not require an extremely large survey group and conducting a large survey is counterproductive because you’ll have enough data with fewer respondents.

    The best way to survey different levels of the company, such as the senior leadership team and the leadership of the business unit, is to run a separate survey for each level. For example, you could run an Entropy Survey for the Global Senior Leadership Team and a separate Entropy Survey for the USA Business Unit Leadership Team. I.e., different levels get separate surveys.
