3. Can I purchase assessments and tool credits separately?

4. What does ‘Sponsored in your name’ mean?
A big factor in the success of this program is you, the subscriber. When you subscribe, you become the sponsor for an organization’s assessments and surveys. All reports and notifications are sent to your account securely. Every assessment and survey comes with a handsome PDF report that makes it easy to align and communicate with others on the right course of action. We’re counting on you to be a beacon of insight and Organizational Physics knowledge within the company’s you serve. Our facilitator materials and email support will help you become proficient quickly, as well as advanced training and certification programs for serious practitioners.

5. Is there a guarantee?

6. What is the need for multiple strategic alignment surveys each year?
A growing businesses often requires strategic alignment across multiple business units or geographical areas. The sponsor can launch survey groups for each unit or region using this feature.

7. Is there a limit to the number of survey recipients?
Surveys are a key part of our Strategic Alignment Tools. Each Strategic Alignment survey is limited to 25 recipients per survey. However, we recommend you keep the number of participants per survey to about 15 people total. In essence, these surveys are used to gather a diverse set of perspectives from your leadership team and then use that information to make faster and better strategic-level decisions. Strategic alignment does not require an extremely large survey group and conducting a large survey is counterproductive because you’ll have enough data with fewer respondents.

The best way to survey different levels of the company, such as the senior leadership team and the leadership of the business unit, is to run a separate survey for each level. For example, you could run an Entropy Survey for the Global Senior Leadership Team and a separate Entropy Survey for the USA Business Unit Leadership Team. I.e., different levels get separate surveys.
