I used to think my paradigm was the truth.
But it’s only a lens.
The hardest part of being inside a paradigm is realizing you’re in one.
You can’t solve it by working harder.
The system reinforces itself.
The fastest way to change?
Step outside and see it from a new angle.
That’s what modeling a company does. Suddenly you’re not stuck in the noise of people, issues, and decisions. You’re looking at the architecture itself.
That’s when you realize: paradigms aren’t real. They’re created.
And if they’re created, you can choose the one that serves you best.
As the saying goes: all models are wrong, some are useful.
The point isn’t to find the perfect paradigm.
It’s to use the one that gets you to your goals with less drag.
If you’re frustrated with your trajectory,
you may be stuck in an old paradigm.
The leverage comes when you step outside and pick a better one.

📌 P.S. I remind myself often: my beliefs aren’t reality. They’re just models. The trick is choosing better ones.
