You can’t outwork physics.
You can only work with it.
Many of us try to scale through effort—
but effort without alignment always burns out.
Here’s the truth:
Your business follows the same universal laws that govern everything else in nature.
I call them The 6 Laws of Organizational Physics — the principles every scaling company is subject to, whether you realize it or not:
1. It’s a System — you can’t fix the parts until you see the whole.
2. Keep Integration High — energy comes from fit between opportunity and capability.
3. Keep Entropy Low — every system decays unless you remove friction early.
4. Know the Forces (PSIU) — Producing, Stabilizing, Innovating, Unifying.
5. Keep Evolving — strategy must match the stage of product, market, and execution.
6. Execute Fast — speed comes from alignment and timing, not chaos and rework.
These aren’t theories — they’re physics.
They were true 10,000 years ago.
They’ll be true 10,000 years from now.
The only variable is your ability to apply them.
If you want to scale cleanly, don’t fight the physics.
See your business as a system — and scale by design.

📌 P.S. Most friction isn’t interpersonal — it’s structural. Once you see that, everything gets easier.
